Join in a week of daily group meditations on the seven initial Reiki attunement symbols. Descriptions, affirmations and images will be posted on each symbol each day of the week on the Human Expression FB Page as well as on the blog events page.

Use the symbols throughout the day – feeling their energy, how they apply to your life, meditating on their essence and the message that they each hold for you. This can be a very healing experience and bring focus to personal development and spiritual expansion.
You may include in your meditation drawing the symbol as many times as you want while chanting out loud or silently the name of the symbol. In my first Reiki course, I drew each symbol 100 times.
Participants can use either the blog or FaceBook to share experiences and personal meanings of the symbols and the accompanying meditations.
