Opening to perfection is a combination of perfect trust and deep gratitude for the perfection that is all. Open your heart, mind and body to your experience as a divine being incarnate in human form, and give thanks for the abundance of life that you are blessed to receive in all forms. Just by breathing in air and being given life in every moment you are deeply blessed.
On Yeasts
The art is to have vision and consciousness of all realms. It is so much closer to where we already are than most people think. The fact is, that along with feminism, sex, human design (the foreskin and clitoris), and the Earth medicines, our emotional nature has long been demonized. At a certain point, man (female nature plays in in a different way) became so enthralled with materialism, consumption and control – all based out of fear – that we could not bare the shame and guilt that would consume us if we were to reckon with and honor our own emotional realm. Since the emotions are what connect the mind with the body, all since of physical integrity is lost. So a whole mental infrastructure has been created that represents all of the beliefs that surround this obsession of consumption, and it loops around on itself by creating illusory relief with illusory security while actually creating more destruction, ultimate self consumption and death.
On Relationship Essentials
The much valued wise words on the essentials of any functional relationship were passed down to me in verbal clarity in the kitchen of one of my restaurant jobs from a veteran chef. You need three things for any relationship to work – communication, respect and trust. Without any one of these relationship begins to fall apart. This knowledge has made it quite easy to pinpoint what’s going on with awkward or uncomfortable relations – one of these things is missing. Really, I believe that engaging our humanness, being as creative and explorative as possible, and honoring the uniqueness of each of us in that is really what life is all about right now. How honest can we really be with ourselves and each other. Do we have the courage to be fully transparent with each other and bare our humanness for the sake of exploration, growth, and discovery?
On Art Interpretation
Art can be so therapeutic. Like music, when you’re not feeling so well, perusing beautiful art can help you to have a new perspective on life or to simply warm your heart and feel love again. Although, when our mental and emotional vessels become stagnant and stale, what we could really use is to get out of our comfort zones and find something that will fully offend us and make us feel utterly uncomfortable.

What better way to lead our race towards a holistic way of being than to simply see, listen, honor, evoke, appreciate and celebrate the humanity and the Divinity in all of us, coming through, incarnating on Earth, and bursting forth as lovely, raw, human expression.
On Empowerment
Who was once our demons slashing us on our backs we now see as our teachers and our allies heeding us to move forward and to find the only real thing in ourselves that any person can really ever rely on in order survive and to make it to the other side – to liberation.
On Power
True Power is fueled by pure Love. It is in alignment with the Will and is therefore perfectly effective.
On Ownership
In my practice, even my breath I do not own – I surrender it to Divine Source – breath me, oh Great Life.
