To open one’s heart, mind, and body to perfection is to release duality and the need to identify anyone as victim or perpetrator, fully embrace our total experience, and to offer that embrace to everyone and everything we come into contact with. The alternative is resistance – resistance to some experience. To open is to conceive that not only is it okay to experience everything that is being experienced, but this is actually what we have come here for and it is a great opportunity for growth and we can even choose to enjoy it if we wish (to open is also to empower one’s self). Resistance on the other hand is the source of all pain and actually fuels that which is being resisted. As the new age catch phrase says, “What you resist persists.”

There is nothing that we need to get ourselves out of. There is nowhere we need to get to but right here, right now. Our collective and personal destiny is happening right now, as we speak. We are all in the perfect situation to learn about and experience everything we are here to learn about and experience. Once we give way to this level of acceptance, great healing can occur, our lessons can complete themselves (cycle through) more quickly, and the sooner we develop our lives and world into greater peace and happiness inside and out.

Opening to perfection is a combination of perfect trust and deep gratitude for the perfection that is all. Open your heart, mind and body to your experience as a divine being incarnate in human form, and give thanks for the abundance of life that you are blessed to receive in all forms. Just by breathing in air and being given life in every moment you are deeply blessed.

It may seem that to come into this kind of experience is to reach some lofty height of enlightenment, but it is already happening right now in this moment. All you have to do is to realize and accept the fact that this experience is the perfect experience for one and for all. Enlightenment is simply to fully realize that who we are is not this experience (thoughts, emotions and sensations), and to identify with our true selves as divine beings. As we are not identified with the experience of being human, we are less susceptible to the victim/perpetrator mentality and we drop the huge burden of the mind of the social matrix that we have inherited that has taught us our sense of shame and unworthiness from birth. Once we let go of that and come into a place of disarmament and humble openness free of attachment to judgements and resistances, we can engage in authentic human expression with one another without getting out of balance because we have no attachment to the forms (emotions, thoughts, and materials). We are centered in our true identity as divine beings of light, here to fully experience being human on all levels with all the trials and tribulations that go with it. And, yes, that includes all those judgements, hard feelings, and resistances. We are here to experience them, move through them, and come to peace with them in ourselves by taking full responsibility for our personal experience of them by fully loving them and accepting them as part of our personal process.

Teaching Attunement in Ensenada

Here are a few quotes from the Attunement Guild website:

“Life is present in every human being and flows through the body as a radiant current. The life current originates in Love – what we have been referring to here as ‘Source.’”

By the same token, the manifestation of disease is the result of a lack of such tonal harmony. “Allowing the attunement process to move without expectations, being open to the life flow, works best. According to the response (openness) of the client, distortions in energetic patterns in her/his field can be released and allowed to dissolve, revealing the true pattern of Wholeness for that person. It is a matter of remembering – re-membering, of integration, of harmonization. Fragmented, dysfunctional parts of ourselves are brought back into our pattern of wholeness, allowing a true healing process to occur. Lloyd Meeker, also known as Uranda, emphasized the need to focus on Wholeness, as evidenced in the following quote:
‘What’s right with you is my starting point, what’s wrong with you is beside the point’”

The same is true with Qigong. In the video below, Gregg Braden speaks on the power of Qigong healing and the work that three particular Qigong master performed on a patient with a large tumor. He says the healers were “working with the energy in her body and with the feelings in her body. And what they did is they began to chant a word that they’ve agreed upon that reenforces the feeling within them that she’s already healed. The chant essentially says already healed, already done.” The healers don’t say, “Cancer, go away!”. Their focus is on the agreement that health is already fulfilled. He goes on to explain the power of people gathering with the focus of feeling peace within themselves and the effect it’s had on the world. This reminds me of something that a friend told me several years ago that also triggered much of my view on the world and prayer. She said, “The only thing you can do for the world is to free yourself.” To open is to free yourself of all shame, guilt, and judgement that you hold to yourself and to others. It’s a HUGE burden that if released would change and heal our world deeply.

As a young boy of ten in Derry, Richard Moore was struck by a rubber bullet that left him blind. His Holiness was deeply moved when he heard how Richard had felt no anger to the soldier who fired the bullet and completely forgiven him. Amazingly, from childhood to the present day he has never allowed bitterness to control his emotions. Richard has gone on to become the founder of Children in Crossfire that strives towards the creation of a safe environment for all children. In his citation to Richard, His Holiness says, "You are my hero; while I talk about forgiveness, you have made it part of your life. This is a wonderful model for others to follow".

It is taught by all the great religions that in order for there to be peace in our world, there must be peace within, and true peace does not exist without full forgiveness for all. “Matthew 5:44-45 But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.” And the quote does not say that god will only cause the sun to rise and send rain on the righteous. ALL of god’s children are deserving of god’s love. To think that one can divvy up who gets to be loved by god and who doesn’t is literally damning your own human family, a highly egocentric meddling that might as well be called the work of the devil. The quote does say that if you forgive, then you can be with god in heaven. The heaven or hell that we experience is what happens right now on earth. If we forgive, we create heaven all around us. If we hold distain and judgement to our family then we literally create a hell on earth, which has been the very act of other huge religions that have judged and even committed murder upon all the people that didn’t join their side, convinced that they are doing god’s work. What childish insanity. Let’s all send a prayer of deep forgiveness and compassion to all these confused beings right now, for they know not what they do and that’s okay. They are still a part of our divine human family, and they are actually playing an important role in our world. For the design of life is astronomically way beyond the scope of what our minds can comprehend. All things have a purpose and occur for some reason whether we understand it or not. To trust it fully and with complete surrender is what will bring peace to our world. For everything that we see, hear, and feel is part of this design.

One important point here is to recognize that this judging, shaming, dividing force is not a part of our innate divine nature either. It is some part of the form around us, the social matrix, that we have picked up, identified with, and stricken upon ourselves and loved ones. On one hand, it begins to make it easier when these types of energies creep in, such as doubt, and we can immediately recognize, “Oh, what’s that? It’s not my true nature. It’s something else.” Don’t attempt to put too much focus on it, as far as what it’s about. Just brush it off and come back to center. From there, you can have a better view of all your surroundings, including these dark energies, and can understand and study them to your heart’s content as long as you don’t get obsessed with them and begin to identify with them in some way. They are sneaky and can easily convince you that you think in a particular way when in fact that line of thinking does not even belong to you.

The mind is the tip of the arrow. We must focus on what we trust is true at all times and allow the power of love and gratitude in our hearts to be the force by which we move in the world. I am not speaking of relative truths in this case. I am speaking of absolute truths: life is perfection through and through, it is worthy or our perfect trust, and gratitude to this life is the most harmonious disposition for our hearts to surrender. This is the most effective and most powerful prayer we could offer to our world.

And my buddy just says – “Ah – you were just stoned man!”

“Stoned?! I was blitzed out of my mind! I was stoned on everything around me. Including the marijuana and Life Spirit and the medicines of the Earth – celebrating this Life.

It seems that what characterizes our particular society can be seen in the obsession with dividing things. Devision is a natural part of creation and life, such as cells dividing by creating new membranes.
Part of what we look for are imbalances.
If there is an imbalance proportion of something, such as with obsession, it can cause one’s sight to be veiled by the mental infrastructure that is created by the obsession. There are always billions of different ways that any one thing can be interpreted. The art is to have vision and consciousness of all realms. It is so much closer to where we already are than most people think. The fact is, that along with feminism, sex, human design (the foreskin and clitoris), and the Earth medicines, our emotional nature has long been demonized. At a certain point, man (female nature plays in in a different way) became so enthralled with materialism, consumption and control – all based out of fear – that we could not bare the shame and guilt that would consume us if we were to reckon with and honor our own emotional realm. Since the emotions are what connect the mind with the body, all since of physical integrity is lost. So a whole mental infrastructure has been created that represents all of the beliefs that surround this obsession of consumption, and it loops around on itself by creating illusory relief with illusory security while actually creating more destruction, ultimate self consumption and death.

You can easily compare it to a yeast that eats sugar, producing acid or alcohol. In turn, this byproduct eventually destroys the yeast when there gets to be too much of it, creating harder wines (now they actually use a chemical to kill off the yeast for commercial wine). Most people think of beer, wine, and bread when they think of yeast. Rarely do people consider that essentially every American citizen is a host for this acid producing creature, thriving on all the sugars, breads and alcohols that we consume and that our organizations call “food”. This consumer in the gut we call a yeast, but do we really know what it is? It acts like a parasite, but has no mechanical digestion system. It IS a digestion system. When there gets to be too much of it we call it a yeast infection, but that’s really just because it’s gotten way too out of control.

What are the parallels between status quo consciousness and the consciousness that of yeasts that reside in our own guts?
